  • If you use AUExpress.Cells Add-in for Excel, we provide features that support the ability to access and manage files from your Google Drive account directly on Excel via the Google Drive API.
    Here are the features provided:
    1.  User-defined functions help you list files, analyze and summarize data from Excel files, Google Spreadsheets on Google Drive.
    2.  UI (dialog) helps you manage the list of Files, Folders Google Drive including:
      • Rename File, Folder.
      • Move File, Folder.
      • Delete File or Folder.
      • Preview File content.
      • Download any File, Folder.
    These features do not access your personal information nor share or disclose any personal information to the outside.
    Notes:
    • These services are not activated automatically, but require explicit authorization by the User. This means if you want to use this feature, you will need to log in to your Google Drive account via your Gmail as well as grant access to view or editor permissions from the application, otherwise you will not be able to use the these features.
    Google Drive account access (Google LLC)
    • This service allows this Add-in to connect with the User's account on Google Drive, provided by Google LLC.
    • This service allows this Add-in to access Data from your account on a third-party service and perform actions with it.
    • Personal Data processed: device information, email address, Trackers and Usage Data.
    • Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
